A 15-second commercial for POND'S White Beauty Facial Foam, generated entirely with AI. Ana Lario was creative director and AI director, and produced the film through an AI-first workflow using Higgsfield AI.

Everything on screen was generated: the concept and visual direction, the casting, the beauty cinematography and lighting, the product shots and the final sequences. Beauty is a demanding test for generative film. Skin has to read as skin, light has to stay consistent from shot to shot, and the pack has to look like the pack on the shelf. The film approaches those problems the way Ana approaches a live-action beauty commercial, with the look fixed first and every shot judged against it.

It sits alongside her Pantene and Rimmel work as a beauty film first, and an AI film second.
